My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was clean and fresh, exceeding our expectations. While the room was somewhat small and cramped, it served its purpose for a tourist exploring Tulum's restaurants and sites. The service was top-notch, although there was a minor disturbance from laundry machines next door. The location, right at caretera federal, was a bit out of the way but acceptable. The dining experience didn't offer much variety but was convenient with self-service options. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
